To request a change or cancellation, you must either email (ShayKayStudio@gmail.com) or text (262-361-3694). In addition, to be considered a valid cancellation/change request, we do require that you include your order number as well as reach out through one of the aforementioned channels.

Please note, if a cancellation request is sent after the order has already been assigned a tracking number, it is possible that it has also already shipped. If that happens, you will either need to:

1. Refuse delivery so it will be returned to sender (ShayKay Studio). If it can be refused and once it is returned to ShayKay Studio, ShayKay Studio can then process the return and refund the cost of the items. Please note, shipping is non-refundable.
2. Initiate a return (please see our "Returns and Cancellations" section in the FAQ).

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any product from your order provided: it has not been customized, it is unused and is still in its original packaging, and it meets the remaining eligibility criteria outlined below.

How to Return:

1. A return must be initiated within 14-days from date of delivery (per the tracking number).
2. If initiating a return, the intent must be clear and emailed to ShayKayStudio@gmail.com, providing the order number and which item(s) is/are being submitted for a return.
3. Upon receiving an acceptance email back, the buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) to be returned back to ShayKay Studio (address to be provided in the acceptance email).
4. Once ShayKay Studio has received and verified the condition of the item(s), a refund for the item(s) will be issued to the original form of payment.

Conditions for Returns:

1. Customized items are NOT eligible for returns.
2. Shipping is non-refundable.
3. Items must still be in their original condition.
4. The customer is solely responsible for return shipping fees. Furthermore, while packages don't often get lost, it is also advised to choose a method that includes a tracking number as we cannot issue a refund if we do not receive the product.
5. A refund cannot be issued before ShayKay Studio receives the return and verifies its condition.

Multiple Outstanding Orders: ShayKay Studio responds quickly to fulfill and ship all orders. Often within 2-business days from the time the order was placed. That being said, if a customer places multiple orders, all shipping to the same address/customer, ShayKay Studio reserves the right to ship them together, under the same tracking number and in the same box. Furthermore, in the event orders are combined, ShayKay Studio reserves the right to keep all "Shipping & Handling" fees paid.

Undeliverable/Returned Package(s):

1. If an order is returned to ShayKay Studio due to an incomplete/invalid address or other obstacles at the property that made the package undeliverable, a second shipping fee will need to be charged and collected before any order(s) can be reshipped. If the customer chooses to submit a cancellation rather than requesting a reshipment, they should refer to the "Cancellation Policy".
2. If it is being returned through some fault of ShayKay Studio, then ShayKay Studio will cover the cost to ship the package a second time.

ShayKayStudio.com Gift Card Terms and Conditions

The following are the terms and conditions applicable to your ShayKayStudio.com Gift Cards. By purchasing, accepting, or using a Gift Card, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions on behalf of yourself and all members of your household and others who purchase, accept, or use a Gift Card under your account.

1. Gift Cards; Redemption.
   ShayKayStudio.com Gift Cards are issued by Wix.com, Inc. It is not possible to view the remaining amount on a gift card once purchased. Purchases are deducted from your ShayKayStudio.com Balance. Any unused ShayKayStudio.com Balance will remain associated with your ShayKayStudio.com account. If a purchase exceeds your ShayKayStudio.com Balance, the remaining amount must be paid with another payment method. Gift Cards may only be redeemed toward the purchase of eligible goods and services provided by ShayKayStudio.com LLC. Eligible goods and services are subject to change in our sole discretion. Gift Cards are valid for 60 months after date of purchase. Any unused balance is subject to a monthly fee if not used for 24 months.
2. Limitations.
   Your ShayKayStudio.com Gift Card cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards, prepaid open loop cards, or third-party gift cards. Gift Cards cannot be reloaded; resold; used for payment outside of www.shaykaystudio.com or its affiliated properties; used for unauthorized advertising, marketing, sweepstakes, promotional or commercial purposes, including to facilitate the resale or shipment of goods from ShayKayStudio.com; redeemed for more than face value; transferred for value; redeemed for cash; returned for a cash refund (except to the extent required by law). No portion of your ShayKayStudio.com Gift Card may be transferred to another ShayKayStudio.com account. Your ShayKayStudio.com Gift Cards may not be applied to the purchase of goods or services at any ShayKay Studio -affiliated property outside of the United States. You may not redeem a gift card to an account if you are not the intended recipient. An example of when you are the intended recipient is if you received the gift card as a gift. You are not the intended recipient if you fraudulently deceived the purchaser into giving or selling you a gift card (even if they willingly do so at the time of transfer).
3. Risk of Loss.
   The risk of loss and title for Gift Cards pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission of the Gift Card to the purchaser or designated recipient, whichever is applicable. Gift Cards must be obtained from ShayKay Studio, and you are responsible for safeguarding your ShayKayStudio.com Gift Card from unauthorized use. We are not responsible if any Gift Card is lost, stolen, or destroyed, or if your ShayKayStudio.com Gift Card is used without your permission. There are a variety of Gift Card scams that request payment by Gift Card. ShayKay Studio is not responsible for, and assumes no liability to you for, any unlawful conduct or fraud by any third party associated with any Gift Card.
4. Use of any ShayKayStudio.com Gift Card in Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
   By using a Gift Card you agree to comply with these terms and conditions, and not to use a Gift Card in any manner that is misleading, deceptive, unfair, or otherwise harmful to ShayKayStudio.com, its affiliates, or its customers. We reserve the right, without notice to you, to void Gift Cards without a refund, suspend or terminate customer accounts, suspend or terminate the ability to use our services, cancel or limit orders, and bill alternative forms of payment if we suspect that a Gift Card is obtained, used, or applied to an ShayKayStudio.com account (or your ShayKayStudio.com Balance is applied to a purchase) fraudulently, unlawfully, or otherwise in violation of these terms and conditions.
5. Limitation of Liability.
   TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO GIFT CARDS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, IN THE EVENT A GIFT CARD IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND OUR SOLE LIABILITY, WILL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF THAT GIFT CARD.
6. Disputes.
   Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of any ShayKay Studio Service will be adjudicated in the state or Federal courts in Oconomowoc County, Wisconsin, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in these courts. We each waive any right to a jury trial.
7. General Terms.
   No fees apply to Gift Cards. We reserve the right to require additional verification of your identity, Gift Card or account ownership, or provision of an additional payment instrument, before you are able to apply a Gift Card to your account to a purchase. When you purchase, receive, or apply a Gift Card to your account to a purchase, you agree that the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these terms and conditions and any dispute that may arise between you and Wix.com, Inc, and its affiliates related to your use of a ShayKayStudio.com Gift Card. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions without notice, from time to time at our sole discretion. All terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law. If any of these terms and conditions are deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that unenforceable term will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining terms and conditions.

Since I designed and created them, they are the intellectual property of ShayKay Studio. Furthermore, to protect my designs due to creative licensing only extending so far, they are also registered with the Federal Copyright Office.
