Shipping policy

Flat rate, $6 shipping & handling within the continental US (most often via USPS). If ordered before 8AM CST, orders may ship same day. Otherwise, most orders ship out the next business day via USPS.

Custom or Customized Order Policy

Most custom orders ship within 4 business days. If it will be longer due to complexity, quantity, or other reasons, ShayKay Studio will be in communication via email with an updated timeframe.

Multiple Orders Policy

Shipping and handling is assigned on a per-order basis. If a customer places multiple orders and they are going to the same address, ShayKay Studio reserves the right to ship them together and in the same box. Furthermore, because shipping and handling is calculated per order, shipping is not eligible for return/refund once orders have shipped.

Undeliverable/Returned Package(s) Policy

  1. If an order is returned to ShayKay Studio due to an incomplete/invalid address or other obstacles at the property that made the package undeliverable, a second shipping fee will need to be charged and collected before any order(s) can be reshipped. If the customer chooses to submit a cancellation rather than requesting a reshipment, they should refer to the "Cancellation Policy".

  2. If it is being returned through some fault of ShayKay Studio, then ShayKay Studio will cover the cost to ship the package a second time.

Impact of Chargebacks on Order Fulfillment Policy

We understand there are valid circumstances in which a customer may need to file a chargeback, including unauthorized or fraudulent transactions. This policy is not intended to limit a customer’s rights, but to protect both the customer and ShayKay Studio from additional costs, penalties, or complications while an unresolved payment dispute exists.

For this reason, orders cannot be fulfilled or shipped to any customer account associated with an outstanding chargeback or payment dispute with ShayKay Studio. This means that pending or new orders may be cancelled, and the ability to place orders from associated customer account(s) may be temporarily restricted until all outstanding disputes are resolved.
