Refund policy

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any product from your order provided: it has not been customized, it is unused and is still in its original packaging, and it meets the remaining eligibility criteria outlined below.


How to Return:

  1. A return must be initiated within 14-days from date of delivery (per the tracking number).

  2. If initiating a return, the intent must be clear and emailed to ShayKayStudio@gmail.com, providing the order number and which item(s) is/are being submitted for a return.

  3. Upon receiving an acceptance email back, the buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) to be returned back to ShayKay Studio (address to be provided in the acceptance email).

  4. Once ShayKay Studio has received and verified the condition of the item(s), a refund for the item(s) will be issued to the original form of payment.

Conditions for Returns:

  1. Customized items are NOT eligible for returns.

  2. Shipping is non-refundable.

  3. Items must still be in their original condition.

  4. The customer is solely responsible for return shipping fees. Furthermore, while packages don't often get lost, it is also advised to choose a method that includes a tracking number as we cannot issue a refund if we do not receive the product.

  5. A refund cannot be issued before ShayKay Studio receives the return and verifies its condition.
