Edit an Order
Once an order is placed, you will no longer have the ability to edit it. That is not to say the order cannot be edited though. Should you need to:
- change/edit the shipping address
- add products
- remove products
- do something else...
please reach out via email (ShayKayStudio@gmail.com) or text (262-361-3694) as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate the request and make the desired changes before it's too late.
Please keep in mind, once a tracking number is generated (at which point a tracking number is sent to the email address on file), we can no longer edit an order. Furthermore, ShayKay Studio is not responsible for returned items due to incorrect/incomplete shipping addresses provided to us (please see our "Shipping Policy").
Check Order Status
There are a few ways, the first being:
- An automated email is sent once an order is placed.
- An automated email is sent when the tracking number is generated.
From there, you can find out more by:
- Logging into the website to view the status of your order.
- Entering your tracking number, from the second email (once generated), on USPS's website.
- Emailing us at ShayKayStudio@gmail.com.
- Texting us at (262) 361-3694.
