MOOwards Policy
ShayKay Studio reserves the right to change, modify or cancel this program at any time. Furthermore, the program and its benefits, including point accrual, redemption criteria, and disclaimers, are subject to change at any time, potentially reducing or eliminating accrued points. Lastly, ShayKay Studio may amend the terms of the agreement at any time.
Points
What happens to points if I forget to sign-in for a purchase?
If you do not sign-in or accidentally create a secondary account, you have up to 30-days to claim your points. After that, they are forfiet.
To redeem missing points or merge accounts, you must email sales@shaykaystudio.com with the following information:
- The email address of the primary account (flagging it as such).
- The order number or email address used.
We will then conduct a brief investigation. If it is within 30-days and the points are indeed missing from the primary account, they will be added in accordance with our MOOwards policy.
Is anything excluded from earning points?
Points are not earned on the following:
- Shipping fees
- Taxes
Do points expire?
Yes, points expire 6-months from when they are earned.
Do I have to enroll to earn points?
Yes, MOOwards are only awarded to registered accounts.
Reward Coupons
Do reward coupons have any restrictions?
Yes, they cannot be combined with other discounts such as:
- Bulk/Quantity discounts
- Shipping discounts
What happens if my reward coupon's value is greater than my order?
The rewards coupon may only be applied to one transaction. Any portion unused is forfeit.
Do reward coupons expire?
Yes, 30-days from when they were created.
What is a rewards coupon?
A rewards coupon is a benefit that ShayKay Studio offers repeat customers. They are created through the redemption of points, earned through the MOOwards program for purchases at ShayKay Studio.
Points and rewards coupons have no cash value outside of the MOOwards program and are subject to change as noted in our MOOwards policy.
