Account Migration: We’re currently migrating all your accounts based on the email you previously used to log in before today. This means you won’t have to start from scratch—your email is coming with you!
MOOward Points Update: Don’t worry, your hard-earned MOOward points are on their way too! We’re in the process of uploading your points to the new storefront, linked to the same email you previously used.
Order History: Because we had to restart on a new platform, we were unable to import past order logs. While this means previous orders won’t appear in your account, rest assured that your unused MOOward points from those orders won't be lost!
