This product is a PLACEHOLDER and should ONLY be added to an order after submitting a Custom State Moo Request form and after receiving your Digital Proof. Furthermore, this product is made to order and is non-refundable. It also cannot be cancelled once product has started. 
If ordered by mistake and/or before receiving a digital proof, this product may be eligible for a refund, less a 10% "restocking" fee to cover payment processing & reversal fees.
 
In addition, State Moos are defined by the following:
The state abbreviation on the front
The state outline on the back
Having one base color, two accent colors, and black eyes
If ordering more than one state (ei. WI & IL), then each state would need to be added to the cart as seperate line items. 
 
Lastly, this product is for a single color-scheme and design and is not eligible for mixing-and-matching designs and/or colors.
